Return PolicyAll returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA can be obtained by calling Hydrafil Customer Service at +1 (313) 915-4120.
Standard Return Policy
- If you are not 100% satisfied with the fit, form or function of your filters, we will be happy to accept your return for a full refund or exchange within 15 days after delivery.
- Return shipping is FREE*. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping domestic label to return your filters to us.
- Unless returns fall under the Physical Damage Policy or the Consumable Items Return Policy; items sold by Hydrafil.com are subject to the Standard Return Policy. Returned items that are not covered by the Standard Return Policy are subject to a restocking fee.
Physical Damage PolicyPhysically damaged items cannot be returned under the Standard Return Policy. Any physically damaged items that are returned without prior authorization will be returned to sender at sender`s expense. Hydrafil does not assume responsibility for damage caused by carriers, use or misuse of Hydrafil products. All Hydrafil orders are shipped EXW, Ex Works Troy, Michigan, U.S.A.
Large Quantity PurchasesPlease understand that orders for a quantity of ten (10) or more in a single purchase, or with a value greater than $1,000.00, will incur a restocking fee and must be properly coordinated with a Hydrafil, Inc representative. Large Quantity Purchases do not fall under our Standard Return Policy.
Consumable Items Return Policy
- Return for refund or replacement within 15 days after delivery (items must be sealed and unopened in original packaging).
Consumable items are items such as Filter Elements, Spin-on Filters, Breather Filters, etc. that are consumed once they are used. Consumable items can be returned within 15 days after delivery if and only if the items are unused, unopened, and in their original retail packaging.
