Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
Return Window
Hydrafil accepts returns within 30 days of the invoice date. To initiate a return, contact us at Sales@hydrafil.com. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee. The applicable fee will be communicated at the time your return is authorized.
Product Condition
To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in like-new condition in their original, undamaged packaging. Products that show signs of use, installation, or have damaged packaging may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Made-to-Order Items
Certain products are manufactured to order based on customer-specified requirements. These items are non-returnable. Exceptions apply only in cases where the item is defective or was manufactured outside of the agreed-upon specifications. If you believe your made-to-order item qualifies for an exception, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct product is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
International Returns
- Eligibility: All stocked items are eligible for return within 30 days of the invoice date. Made-to-order items are non-returnable except in cases of defect or manufacturing error.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in like-new, original, unopened condition in their original packaging.
- Restocking Fee: All international returns are subject to a restocking fee.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 21 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
- Customs Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
