All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA can be obtained by calling Hydrafil Customer Service at (313) 915-4120.
Standard Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the fit, form or function of your filters, we will be happy to accept your return for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original invoice date
Return shipping is FREE*. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic label to return your filters to us.
Unless returns fall under the Physical Damage Policy or the Consumable Items Return Policy, items sold by Hydrafil.com are subject to the Standard Return Policy. Returned items that are not covered by the Standard Return Policy are subject to a restocking fee.
*Returns must be sent from within the continental United States to qualify for free return shipping.
Physical Damage Policy Physically damaged items cannot be retuned to Hydrafil.com under the Standard Return Policy. Any physically damaged items that are retuned to Hydrafil.com without prior authorization from Hydrafil.com will be returned to sender at sender`s expense. Hydrafil.com does not assume responsibility for damage caused by carriers, use or misuse of Hydrafil.com products. All Hydrafil.com goods are shipped FOB Detroit, Michigan, U.S.A.
Consumable Items Return Policy
Return for refund or replacement within: 30 days of the original invoice date (item must be sealed and unopened in original packaging).
Consumable items are items such as Filter Elements, Spin-on Filters, Breather Filters, etc. that are consumed once they are used. Consumable items can be retuned within 30 days of the original invoice date if and only if the item is unused and in its original retail packaging.
