Filter Media
The media that we offer in the Caterpillar 1R0750 is uniform in shape and smaller than the fibers found in paper elements. The result is a filter element that has more fibers per square millimeter and reduces the amount of particulate capable of passing through the filter by 99.9%. Additionally, the structure of a microglass filter prevents the media from degrading in a way found in paper elements. When you chose a microglass filter, you are making an excellent business decision for your organization.

Filter Seal
Have you ever had to cold-start your equipment? If yes, then a Buna O-ring is an excellent choice for your hydraulic filter. Buna O-rings provide superior resistance to tear and abrasion during those cold-flow applications and they are the perfect ring when you decide to marry that cold-flow with petroleum products..

Buna O-rings are recommenced for:
  • General purpose sealing
  • Petroleum oils and fluids
  • Cold Water
  • Silicone greases and oils
  • Di-ester base lubricants (MIL-L-7808)
  • Ethylene glycol base fluids (Hydrolubes)
  • Operating temperature -45°f to 225°f

I am buying these again because since I switched to them we have had less offline time. They are also cheaper then the filters we used to get that didn’t work that good.

I think that the best part about hydrafil is the realiability, they sent me an exact replacement to the cat 1R0750 and they sent it fast, the free shipping for halloween was a nice bonus
